Dr. Freeman serves as the President and General Manager of Hart's Mobility LLC. With over 15 years of experience in medical care and clinical research, she brings extensive expertise in physician associate medicine, healthcare administration, and business management.
Holding a Doctor of Medical Science, a Master of Medical Science, an MBA, and board certification as a physician associate, she combines a strong academic foundation with a passion for service. Under Dr. Freeman's leadership, Hart's Mobility, LLC is dedicated to empowering healthcare providers by providing the tools and support they need to deliver exceptional patient care.

Shaneil serves as the Regional Manager at Hart's Mobility, LLC, where she plays a pivotal role in overseeing the delivery and billing of medical equipment and supplies. She ensures that all operations comply with insurance coverage criteria and medical documentation standards.
In addition to managing logistics, she leads a dedicated team, providing constructive feedback and creating opportunities for professional growth. Known for her hands-on leadership style, Shaneil fosters a supportive work environment that drives performance and development.
With a proven track record of managing large contracts and resolving complex cases, she has consistently enhanced customer satisfaction and retention. Her commitment to excellence and ability to navigate challenging situations make Shaneil an invaluable asset to the Hart’s Mobility, LLC team.

Lance serves as the Field Technician and Courier Specialist for the State of Florida at Hart’s Mobility, LLC. With over 20 years of experience in customer service, he has extensive management skills, proper leadership, and the hands-on experience to propel the Hart’s Mobility, LLC forward. He ensures that all day-to-day tasks are completed correctly and in a
secure manner.
Lance’s many accomplishments included being a licensed claims adjuster to a Fortune 500 insurance corporation. Prior to 2023, Lance worked as a tax auditor for the Department of Revenue and spearheaded the accounting department at a Florida Credit Union.
With a proven track record of managing large corporations’ funds and auditing their taxes, Lance continues to show he is customer focused and detail oriented. Lance has shown his innate purpose in life is to give back to his customers and his community.

Jamal serves as the Field Technician and Courier Specialist for the State of Georgia at Hart’s Mobility, LLC. With over a decade of expertise, he is a certified Georgia low-voltage unrestricted technician (LVU 407007) and a highly qualified apprentice high-voltage technician. His technical
proficiency ensures exceptional service and reliability in every project.
Beyond his technical skills, Jamal is a nationally certified firearm instructor and an official USCCA partner, boasting over 15 years of experience. An accomplished marksman, he is dedicated to teaching firearm safety and precision shooting, blending professionalism with expertise.
In every role, Jamal exemplifies dedication, skill, and a commitment to excellence, whether in the field, classroom, or range.
